- On main roads 3 hours travelling time.
Shannon to limerick - take by-pass for Cork and Killarney, 6 miles out of Limerick at Patrickswell take N20 to Cork and then T65. N71 to Bantry, pass through Bantry take N71 for Glengarriff, Knemare. Ballylickey is 3 miles from Bantry.
- OR 3.5 hours travelling time over very scenic but twisty Mountianous roads.
Shannon - Limerick- take bypass for Cork, Killarney, 6 miles from Limerick at Patrickswell take road for Adare, Killarney N21, than N71 to Kenmare, Glangarriff and Ballylickey.
